Convious' statement regarding COVID-19

As a company with close partnerships within leisure, carrying a deep passion for this industry, we feel it is our responsibility to do what we can to help to minimize the impacts and losses of our partners, the industry, and society in general.  We try to live up to the advice we gave you and decided to be more flexible towards our partners and change our approach and policies. 

Firstly, we decided not to charge our partners for the time they have to stay closed unexpectedly due to regulations, safety concerns, or decisions.  As part of becoming more flexible not only towards our partners but also their customers, we can expand the possibilities allowing us to change the date of already booked tickets. For example, instead of disabling your Check-Out, our team can help you sell undated tickets.


Besides that, our team is also ready to take your calls and assist you with the measures you decide to take, but also to answer questions about further steps to manage. You can chat with us, we will gladly help you.


Please know that we will reach out to our partners one by one to ensure we can act accordingly and responsibly as an entity.


After all, we are all in this together. 


This is a time where we believe it's not about pushing your platform, your software, your agency, or whatever you are selling as the solution to battle COVID-19. We leave this to the medical experts as we think everybody should. 


We also don't believe our efforts are a full solution to all the impacts brought by the
COVID-19.  However, we strongly believe in sharing the burden, helping out, and sharing the learnings about how we, as an industry, can survive this crisis.  We're just a small start-up, but we will do everything we can to help.
