Convious is looking for an Onboarding hero to join our team in the Amsterdam office! As an Onboarding Specialist, you will make sure that our operations run smoothly by onboarding new customers and providing second-line support for our existing customers. You will work closely together with our first-line Customer Support team by taking care of our most valuable assets, our customers.

Role and responsibilities:
Provide second-line support to customers.
Taking care of the configuration process of onboarding new customers in our systems.
Processing customer requests / set-up maintenance of our software (i.e. adding new products)
Troubleshoot issues with our product
Contributing to the automation process we are currently facing
Skills and Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Associate’s degree
You have an eye for detail and are a perfectionist when it comes to planning and operations “mañana, mañana” does not belong in your dictionary, therefore you are a creative problem solver
You are fluent in English (both verbal and written)
Knowing Dutch or German is a BIG plus
Experience with HTML and basic design skills is a big plus
Highly-driven, you own your own stuff and are not afraid to take on responsibility
You are proactive, organized, team player, hands-on, and you’ve got outstanding communication skills
